All pieces are handmade in small batches. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of the making process.
Orders may be refused or cancelled at any time, including in cases of error, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
Prices and availability may change at any time without notice. Products may be updated or discontinued where necessary.
BESPOKE COMMISSIONS
Custom and commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all commissions. The remaining balance is payable before dispatch.
Efforts will be made to resolve any concerns with bespoke pieces. Depending on the request, a piece that can be repaired, adjusted, or remade may be offered. Additional costs may apply.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, imagery, and content remain the property of Hannah Humpston Jewellery. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
LIABILITY
Every piece is created with care and attention. No responsibility is taken for indirect loss, misuse of products, or delays outside of control, including postal disruptions, supply issues, or third-party services.
GENERAL
External factors may affect availability, production, or delivery. In such cases, we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve issues where possible.

The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms.
