The model is wearing a 30cm chain

Chain lengths available: 30cm (12”), 35cm (14”), 40cm (16”), 45cm (18”), 50cm (20”), 55cm (22”) – Please refer to the Size Guide for additional information.

The most popular length is 35cm, which sits just below the dip of the neck. Chains are measured on either side of the pendant, minus the clasp; for example, a 30cm chain would measure 15cm each side.
